Attention 10th and 11th Graders……….

The PSAT exam will be administered here in the BHS gymnasium on Wednesday, October 12th, during the school day.  The registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday, September 21st, at 2:15 pm.

An $18 fee (payable only by check made out to the Town of Belchertown) is due at the time of registration - a receipt and practice booklet will be provided.

Financial Aid Night


Interested in learning more about the Financial Aid Process?  Come to our Financial Aid Night!  A representative from MEFA (Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority) will be presenting to students and families on October 3rd at 6pm in the BHS Veterans' Memorial Auditorium.  All are welcome to attend this free event.  Please visit for more information.

BHS College Information Night


The BHS College Information Night for Juniors and Junior parents was held on Monday, March 21st, at 6:00 pm in the Veterans' Memorial Auditorium.  If you were unable to attend this event, please click on the link below to view the PowerPoint Presentation.  If you have any questions, please contact your student's School Counselor.

Work Permits


Work permits are issued in the Superintendent's Office at the Belchertown Public Schools Central Office, 14 Maple Street, Belchertown.  The hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The phone number is 323-0423 extension 100.  Please click on the link below for more information.  You must have a job prior to obtaining a work permit.

RMV Documents for Learner's Permits and Driver's Licenses


Documents required by the Registry of Motor Vehicles can be obtained by calling or emailing Ms. Drawec, the Administrative Assistant in the School Counseling Office.  She can provide students with the necessary documents that are accepted by the RMV – Official Enrollment Verification Letter and Official Transcript.  You may contact Ms. Drawec by phone at 413-323-9351 or by email at  You will need to provide the student’s name, an email address where these documents can be sent, and a phone number in case there are any questions.

If you are a graduate of BHS/attended BHS and you need a copy of your transcript,
you can either email (preferred) the Administrative
